"I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." His word not only says so . . . but tells us how . . . He instructs us..."Only be thou strong and very courageous" "turn not to the right or to the left then shall thou have good success." (Joshua 1:7) The world keeps pointing out the impossibilities... look only to God He points the way to success...Whatever we ask the Father in Jesus' name, we receive...because we keep His commandments... and this is His commandment, "That we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment." (I John 3:23)...God wants us to prosper in every facet of our lives...even as our soul prospers...are you lonely...in need of friends?...be a friend..."The Lord thy God shall bless thee... Do you need a better job?..."The Lord thy God shall bless thee in all thy increase and in all the work of thy hands." (Deuteronomy 16:15) You need help with your finances?...God promises help...Give and it shall be given you." (Luke 6:38) Remember it is the Lord thy God, He gives you power to get wealth (Deuteronomy 8:18)...In Isaiah 48:17 it says, "I am the Lord thy God which teaches you to profit, who leads you the way that you should go...It is not wrong to pray that that God would prosper you...David prayed thusly, "Save now, I beseech thee, send now prosperity." (Psalm 118:25) Jabez prayed also for prosperity...His prayer was..."O that Thou would bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that Thine hand might be with me and that Thou would keep me from evil, that it might not grieve me (I Chronicles 4:10)...God granted His request...God will grant yours.
