Lewis Family Photo's

My Grandparents in their youth. First is William T. Lewis.
Th middle picture is of my Grandparents William T. Lewis (Sr.) and Yeaulalah
Coller before they were married.
The last picture is my Grandma, Yeulalah (Coller) Lewis. Standing behind
Grandma is Maynard, her little brother. My Aunt Olive says Grandma told her
Maynard was always sneaking into the pictures.
This is an image of a page from my Grandma Lewis's Bible.
Family home at 421 Clough St, Bowling Green, Ohio. This is the house that my Grandmother was
born in. So was my Dad. We lived here with Grandma for a period of time after our home in
Perrysburg burnt down. This picture was taken in August 2008. The house has fallen into
disrepair by its present owners.
These are pictures of William (Bill) T. Lewis Jr., Dad's brother who we lost
during the Korean Conflict. My inspiration to find family started here.

The second picture is of all the Lewis children, Ray, Roy, Dick, Jim, Bill

All six of these pictures are of William Lewis Jr. at different ages. In the
first picture Uncle Bill is in Aunt Olive's baby buggy. The fifth picture is
of Uncle Bill's first day of school. I'm curious about the second picture.
Looks like some version of cowboys and indians to me!!
This is my Aunt Olive's family, the Todd's. The first picture, standing left

The first picture is of Ray (Dad), Jim Todd, and my Grandfather William

The second picture was taken at Roy's Wedding. It is Ray,
Dick and Roy.
The third picture is of Ray, Butch in the middle and Roy.
The fourth picture is left to right, Uncle Todd, Uncle Roy,
Ray (Dad) and Butch Todd.
These pictures were taken at the reception following Uncle Dick and Aunt Nancy's
wedding in June of 1956.

Coller (their Grandmother, my Great Grandmother) is sitting in the chair on

The first picture is of Jim Lewis as a member of the Merchant Marine during
World War II. The second picture is of Dick Lewis, age 2. The third picture is
of Dick and Bill Lewis Jr. sitting on a pony. The fourth picture is of Ray (left)

More pictures of my Grandparents. The first picture was taken at one of Grandma's birthday
parties that always doubled as a family reunion every July.
The second picture is of my
Grandfather, William Lewis in front with Aunt Olive behind him holding her son Steve.
Grandma Lewis is at the top of the hill holding the hand of Karen, Aunt Olives daughter.
In the picture they were visiting a dam and Grandpa was saying how cold and windy it was, he
was heading for the car.
Poor Grandpa!!

Clough Street. She is holding Mitzi. (I think)

My Tribe!! The first two pictures are of my daughter, Rachel. The third

Todd. Butch is the son of Aunt Olive and Uncle Todd. Sandy is standing in

right is Nancy. Aunt Nancy is Dick's wife. Uncle Dick is standing behind
Nancy with his arms around her waist. Sitting in front of Uncle Dick and
Aunt Nancy is Uncle Todd. sitting directly to the left of Uncle Todd is Aunt
Olive. Sitting next to Aunt Olive to the left is Grandma Lewis. The four small
children sitting in the front are from left to right, Erin and Greg Todd,
Steve and Kathy's children and Alex and Amanda Majors. Children of Dan and
Karen (Todd) Majors. (Greg is slightly behind Alex)

This is my Grandfather William Lewis Sr. with his bull. Sorry, no name for
the bull! This picture was taken at the home in Bowling Green on Clough St.
The barn in the background was taken down in the summer of 1942.
The second picture is of my Grandfather William, his brother-in-law Maynard
Coller and a friend of theirs. I am not going to comment about the bounty.

James and Louisa (Riker) Lewis Family
This is the house that my Grandfather, William Lewis Sr. was born in The house
is in Gibson, PA.. It was torn down shortly after this picture was taken.
The second picture was taken at Gibson School when my Grandfather was
nine years old. He is standing in the top row, fourth from the right.
The third picture is of the school house in Gibson, Susquehanna County, PA..
This picture is the wedding picture of James and Louisa (Riker) Lewis, My Great Grandparents.
This picture is of James, Louisa and three of their children. From
left to right, James is holding William (my Grandfather), Bertha, Louisa
and Friend is standing slightly in front of his Mother. Beatrice had not
been born yet.
These four images were taken off of tins. I believe these four images to be of James and
Louisa Lewis with family members. Due to the size of the images it is hard to make out exactly
who is in each image. Excellent images though. Great addition to the family photo section.

and Don. This family picture was taken in 1968.
The fourth picture is of
some of Beatrice (Lewis) Diffendorf and her husbanc Marchie's children and
spouses sitting with Grandma Lewis. Sitting next to Grandma on the left is
Ginny. Standing behind Ginny is her former husband (don't know his name so
we'll call him Fred.) Next to Fred is Carl Hedges and Doris and then Dorothy
and Bill Diffendorf. Sitting to the right of Grandma Lewis is Mary Lou.
The fifth picture is
of James and his wife Alma Mathews. James is the son of Clarence and Bertha
(Lewis) Mathews, sister to my Grandfather William Lewis.
The final
picture is of Maurice and Clifford Mathews. Sons of Bertha and Clarence Mathews.
My Great Great Grandfather Nathan Lewis
Nathan Lewis born 1833- died 1922
This is an image of a card sent to Jennie Lewis from her mother, Rhoda E. Lewis,
the wife of Nathan Lewis in 1889. From the wording of the card it appears the
card occumpanied a gift to Jennie, probably a Bible.
